Recently moved and had some issues getting mail and my address because our mail person marked our address as “vacant” I tried calling multiple times and no one ever answered so I had to call customer service to file a “claim”. About three hours later I received a call from this post office saying how they had left a paper in our mailbox that we needed to fill out (there was no paper in there) and then they could deliver our mail. So the lady tells me our our mail person would bring another one that day when she did, she knocked on my door and had such a bad attitude and was so rude raising her voice asking me for my “FULL NAME and everyone else’s FULL NAME or she CANT deliver the mail.” I honestly liked our last mail person but I don’t recommend trying to deal with these people. 2 stars because she didn’t lose our mail :-)
This Post Office provides excellent customer service, such efficient clerks. I have been coming here for 15 years and I am always satisfied with my service.nnGreat Job Marysville Post Office!
Why isn’t the outside blue box open any longer? Why is it closed off. I don’t want to mail my stuff inside.
Had a package delivered here from amazon which never got put in my PO box. I talked to the clerk 3 times today showing him my order, what name was on the order and how it was delivered to this address. Amazon cant return it or give me a refund because it's passed the date. The tracking says its sitting in the facility so looks like USPS and Amazon screwed me over. Thanks guys.
