They never deliver packages to my house, they always leave a note and then I have to go pick it up. I can understand if no one was home, but almost every time there was someone here. I cringe every time a package is being delivered by USPS. I have no problem with UPS or FedEx.

It’s really sad how rude and disrespectful the employees are here. Honestly the worst post office to ever go to.

This is 5th time when my package went missing!!! This is unbelievable! I always receive my packages, while it is delivered by FedEx or UPS.nPostal office doesn’t take ANY responsibility and claim that status says “delivered” and there is nothing they can do! Last time they left package by my driveway, on the side walk. This package had an IPad in it! Lucky me I found it before it disappeared!nIt is so frustrating! We need postal inspection performed at this location!

I frequently get other people's mail which I then deliver to them myself, and neighbors frequently bring me my mail that was delivered to them. Other items out for delivery are often marked as delivered but are usually delivered a day or two later, although sometimes they just disappear altogether even though marked as delivered, meaning I cannot get a refund from seller. This happens when I am sitting right inside my door at my desk with the door open waiting for it. Some days nobody gets mail on our street at all, and delivery can be anywhere from 11.00am to 9.30pm after we have gone to bed already, but usually between 1.00pm and 6.00pm. Yesterday we were waiting for the delivery of a package which was out for delivery all day, the regular mail arrived around 2.30-3.00pm but no package, then at 4.12pm it was marked as returned and held at post office at customers request, and it cannot be re-delivered. I MADE NO SUCH REQUEST SO THIS IS JUST ANOTHER LIE!!! These problems are not Covid19 related but have existed since I moved here 31 years ago. Meanwhile I have never had delivery problems with UPS, Fedex, or Prime ect. I have had to make multiple trips to this post office, taking time out of my work day, in efforts to obtain my packages from them, usually successful but sometimes not, and never with an explanation or apology, They also have zero interest in offering me any chance of filing a complaint.
