Always found the staff to go above and beyond. They’re friendly and efficient. I go a couple of times a month to mail US and international packages. They make sure everything is secure and have offered me more cost effective options than I had thought of myself. Sometimes I need to bring my 4 boys (all under 8) & the staff happily welcome them (even when they’re letting off steamud83eudd74ud83dude44). I go out of my way to use this branch because I always leave happy.
Everyone is always so friendly, professional and quick to help the next person. I rarely stand in line so if you see a long line rest assured the line moves along quickly. Also, the Dutch door for getting your larger packages ud83dudce6 sent to your PO BOX is great! They are quick to help you and always keep their eyes peeled for the long light blue notification slip they place in your PO BOX when an item doesn’t fit. It’s nice to be able to walk up to the Dutch door just for that purpose and not have to wait in the regular line. I have been using this Post Office for going on 19 years and I have no complaints. Also, they are super helpful renewing your passports as needed.
I witnessed today an act of kindness right here in the post office as one of the postal employees turned a distraught customer into a joyous one. It was a difficult situation handled with a generous heart. Well done ud83cuddfaud83cuddf8
I am A regular at this post office as we use it for my work the staff there is amazing and handle the large crowds great.
During a pandemic. When our nation is under stress and our economy is crashing. This post office wouldn’t waive a $23 late fee for my box renewal.nI forgot to pay my box renewal fee this month. I never received a notice in my box that it was up for renewal. Got locked out of my mailbox after the 10 day grace period ended so by the time I became aware of the situation, I was no longer within the grace period. I asked if the $23 late fee could be waived and my request was denied by a supervisor. During a pandemic!! Unwilling to waive a late fee!!
