Always a huge supporter of the USPS and had been a frequent user at this Annex PO for drop offs and parcel pick ups. But what happened? Pulled around back on a Saturday afternoon to drop 6 full bags of Priority Mail packages and was instructed not to leave them and instead deliver to Carmel Valley. Why, never was a problem before?nHave a current issue and attempted to call the Annex. Phone rings unanswered and then disconnects after about 3 minutes.nIf this is all due to a recent management change, then please, make another change!
Awful awful awful experience. A group of unhelpful, arrogant, useless people who really hate their job. If you call - they will put you on hold for 20 min until you hang up. If you come there, they have an attitude and wont really care or be helpful. They act like it isnt their job to get you your package. Very confusing, highly irritating and most importantly, I have NEVER gotten a correct delivery with no issues. Fascinating.
They’re impossible to get a hold of. I’ve had my package delivery rescheduled for over a week and they’ve just been holding it here. So, today I decided to come pick it up and people are there waiting, but no employee is here 3 hours before close. No one is picking up the phone either. If I can never come here again then I will try.
Literally no one is working there or something, called for 2 hours and no one ever picked up the phone. Where did the workers actually go?
