Says they delivered and they didn’t. Say they couldn’t reach the front porch. I have no fence and I am on a corner house. States my box has the wrong address and needs to be fixed and then rerouted. I have gotten this subscription box every month from the same company with no problem.
Always friendly and helpful service. Employees are very patient considering the caliber of people they have to deal with on a daily basis.
This place has a lot of unwarranted bad reviews from people who just want to be angry at anything and everything. In the almost 4 years I've had a PO Box here I've never had anything but friendly and helpful service.
Janet the on and off again post master is the most incompetent human being I have ever had the honor to meet. Constantly getting other's mail and not getting EXTREMELY important mail that luckily I was expecting and noticed it never arrived. They hire teenagers for deliveries which I find absolutely laughable seeing as this is supposed to be a very secure system seeing as all of our personal information comes through mail.
Post office sent back my son's payroll check as undeliverable. I've had the same PO Box for over 15 years!!!
