The current personnel is so friendly and helpful. Love the variety of postage thwy have.
The recent change in personell has brought the "happiness" factor up at the Kanab Post Office. The new staff is pleasant, personable and efficient. Suzy, the new postmaster, has gone out of her way several times in the past 6 months to provide me and my business customer service beyond what one would expect from a government institution.
Kanab PO Bashing is a common sport in our little town, but I feel I need to give a shout-out to Suzy, our postmaster. She provided excellent customer service to me today when I was unable to retrieve my packages from the locked box. Thank you, Suzy!
I've always had GREAT service here from all of the staff. Gwen (the black haired lady) has retired, but she always greeted me with a smile; she'll be missed...
