All the staff is very helpful, friendly, and will answer all of your questions. You never feel rushed when at the counter.
I visited this location on May 19th at around 10:00 A.M. if I could give this place zero stars I would. The girl who is working there is quite possibly one of the RUDEST people I have EVER dealt with. If you don’t like your job Julise, do the public a favor and seek another profession. Apparently working with the public is not your forte. If not, please learn to speak to others like you would like to be spoken to.
P.O. Box’s and lobby is LOCKED and closed. They are open ONLY during business hours. Unfortunately they’re having problems with scumbags and theft/vandalism. No rocket science here but maybe hiring security would be a convince for both sides being that not everyone is able to check/drop off parcels during normal hours.
This branch may be really small but very busy. Friendly staff and fast service!
They do a great job regardless of short or long lines
