They never answer the phone, then you make the drive to go I. To get questions and the employees or just sitting there snaking then letting the phone ring off the hook while I went in because they couldn’t pick up to wander a simple question to avoid having people have to drive In to ask. With Covid Answer your darn phones!!! No one wants to be in person to ask simple things or make a change that can be handled over the phone!!!
They are the worst for miss delivering packages. Had to give 1 star to be able to submit the review otherwise would give them no stars.nThey did it again. Tracking says it is delivered but nothing in the mailbox. They apparently miss delivered it as I do not have my package. So obviously not delivered to me at the address it was to be delivered. They will never answer the phone because they know they messed up. I finally got the package after filing a complaint with the USPS main office.
I have mail getting caught in a loop and erroneously being sent to this post office when it is supposed to go to the one by Bel Air towards the freeway. My post office rep kept apologizing because she had been trying to contact this one and no one was even bothering to pick up the phones. I just want my mail....
This place is a poor excuse for a Postal Buisness. They deliver your package to some where in the neighborhood but not You, Then tell Me to go hunt it down myself. And if that dont work call it in to report theft after admitting to wrong delivery. Then basically can care less what happens next...This is a terrible experience.It was a very important package.
Always had a good experience here. I get international packages from time to time and it took a minute for them to find it once, but no biggie. Wondering if they will allow me to pick up priority shipping envelopes there. I need a bunch since I'm a business owner.
