The supervisor there is named Travis. He’s an absolute clown. Incredibly unpleasant and has zero regard for customers. I feel bad for the clerks that he supervises. He needs much more training.
I live in Riverside in Southern CA. I sent a package to EDD in Sacramento on June 15th. This office tried to deliver but EDD was closed. Not sure what time they were trying to deliver. Now they have my package there and waiting for EDD to go pick it up from them. I tried calling the Rancho Cordova office over 100 times but either the line is busy or someone picks up and hangs up. I would like to know what type of incompetent people work there. What a shame. If I can give no star I would.
Overall a good post office. Carrier 20 almost always delivers late in the day, but the counter is relatively fast and efficient.
At first my review was terrible but Clerk 20(Jing Lei) was amazing! She made me change my whole review to an awesome one. She is awesome!
They frequently do not scan my items that I ship with tracking info. Therefore it looks like they are in preshipment and then BAM! Suddenly delivered. Wish they would scan my packages properly...
