Called them 7,8 times but no one picked up the d*mn phone.
I mailed my check for school in July but the money never came it’s been 2 months and they still didn’t get it .
Nice staff and decent place however they somehow lost my $600 total worth of shipments dropped with prepaid labels in various dates. Talked to the male bearded supervisor, not expecting any help and I was not wrong. I avoid leaving anything here since my packages got stolen somehow.
Thieves... they steal your packages from distribution centers and claim no responsibility never awnser phones or reply to emails impossible to make contact.
I live in casa de pro and although this is the first time I’ve made a comment it is not the first time this has happened, your mailman puts. Y mail and packages in others mail box! This time it happened it went to a neighbor with while I have a lot of problems with, lucky for me it was addressed to my boyfriend or I truly don’t think I would have gotten the packagenCan you please talk to the mail delivery people to pleSe be mindful!
