This place is slower than the sloth at the DMV... THERES ALWAYS A LINE, and they always have packages sitting on the counter for all times of the day, wonder why stuff always takes for ever to get any where
I've had a package sitting at this facility since July 6th. It is now July 14th and STILL has not been delivered. WHY WOULD IT TAKE 7 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS!?
Worst customer service.. new policy is that you dont get a reciept when dropping off a prepaid label..so you have no proof that you dropped it off.. no wonder they are going to go out of business...good! Hope they do... then they can privatize it and we will get decent service!

How unfortionate that I can score them any lower. Miraloma post office has the worst mail carriers. They are stupid and can't read which is why they deliver your packages to the wrong place or leave your mail box key in the wrong box. The only other explanation is that they are stealing it which I don't doubt. What amazes me is how they manage to keep the job!!! It should be a requirement to be able to read and know your numbers. I guess any idiot can work as a mail carrier. There's people out there who want a job and are willing to work hard for it hire them. Not some idiots who don't care.
