Put a hold on my mail for one week 8/14-8/21 at this Post Office. Asked my neighbor to check my mailbox 8/14 to make sure nothing was delivered. As it turns out mail was delivered EVERY DAY. Went to the PO asking why my mail continued to be delivered when a hold was in place & was told, with attitude, my regular letter carrier was on vacation that week. I guess the fill in carrier was too stupid to do his or her job. Huge potential for mail theft no thanks to this Post Ofc. Many thanks to my neighbor!
This post office customer service is great and always willing to help. The location is perfect for me since I only live blocks away from there. Always plenty of Parking!

Excellent service. I came here to submit a passport application because they are one of very few post offices which do not require an appointment for this service. Diana provided excellent help. She was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I had properly prepared the passport application online, and brought photos, ID and original documents and copies as described on the State Department website. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Diana checked over the paperwork very thoroughly and dispatched it to the State Department. Diana is one of the most pleasant and professional USPS employees it has ever been my pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this USPS facility.
