I lost the last mail box key to my residence, and had to inquire at the Antelope branch today 9/4/20. I must say the customer service at the counter this morning and the mail person who delivered the mail today. Their customer skills are excellent and are an asset to the branch. Thank you for having such quality employees.
Wow not busy at all but rude service just told me no we don't take package I research to find out and it was right across the street the lady at post office rude and no help. Wow she could say across the street . I sure do miss the old employees that worked here they were so nice friendly helpful not now .
This is usually a quick and efficient stop. It's not hidden, but because it's not obvious with a lot of signs it tends not to get too busy.
The lady was quick, short line, good service.
Had to wait nearly 10 minutes for one customer to finish talking to the only employee about their kids, what schools their kids are going to, how far away from the schools they are, which schools are better, what subjects their kids like, etc.
