We closed on our new house almost a month ago, and USPS STILL has not made mailbox keys. We've been told to just keep driving to the post office to check our mail (which is 30 minutes away from the actual house and absolutely not realistic for us to keep making this drive during the business hours that the post office is open.) We've been given no indication when the keys will be ready, and the lady working there has a serious attitude problem - like we're bothering her by having to CHECK OUR MAIL IN PERSON.
I need stamps to write my dad letters. It's very important that I stay in communication with him. Thank you post office
I was actually on a good stretch. I use their informed delivery service which sends me pictures of my mail digitally every day. I had received almost all of my mail for about three months now but low and behold, the first piece of mail I get from the United States Treasury disappears.nnI added two stars because the situation was resolved a little bit. Overall though, this is basically a marketing company that pushes Bed Bath and Beyond coupons and occasionally sends a letter. You can add it to the very long list of federal entities that no longer serves its purpose.
Never answers the phone. They don't even bother to help out with customers how they should. And always have a stuck up attitude.
its not the post office itself. My issue is with delivery. I have had registered mail that was scanned but never ended up in my box twice now. (I live in apartments) not receiving this in time has had a big negative impact on my life. You have one job when delivering mail, is accuracy not a part of it? Pay attention! Wheres your pride for a job done well?
