I rarely write reviews but I feel so compelled after my super positive experience. I went in and Justin was so kind and upbeat. It really made my day! Great employee’s!
Very helpful staff- always patient & kind. Pretty office including beautiful carving from 1930s public works project & vintage mailboxes (still in use). Handy shipping kiosk available outside regular hours. Parking can be sparse but can usually find street parking. Old statue of Chritopher Columbus out front. Smaller office than Sierra Gardens, but usually less busy as well. No passport services but passport office now nearby.
I had a really pleasant experience today at USPS - the staff was super friendly and efficient and they had clearly marked social distancing lines. They assisted me quickly with a smile under their masks.
Is always reliable and has very friendly staff. The office is clean.
The service is fine and no waiting long in lines
