I been coming here for at least 10+ years & never have any issue. The staff are always helpful & process the outgoing packages quickly. Even if the line is long they get to you right away. I always have payment ready & packages properly labeled.

Very bad customer service experience!! The people that work here are Old and grouchy, it seems they’ve been here for to many years and need to retire, the service they provide is horrible, they answer questions with a bad mood face and do not provide with any information at all, I tried to get a passport and they made me schedule an appointment, the next day they made me reschedule another appointment because they were too busy and I end up looking for a different USPS office
If I could give this place ZERO STARS I WOULD. GRACE IS A DISGRACE AND SHE SHE RETIRE OR QUIT. She is helpless. If I was suicidal I would have considered it after dealing with her. She should be fired!
For a post office, it's not bad. I've been to worse. I've had good experience here, minus the removal of the drive up box outside.
