First of all, people on here complaining are most likely people who don't have their priorities in order and expect others to hold their hand through every process. Or they're people who don't know what long hours of work is, for years on end, but still want to be catered and have their hand held. I've been in there when this happens, almost a daily occurrence. How do people not know how to fill out an address on an envelope!?!?nnThis PO is fantastic. I have never had a problem at this location. Always quick, helpful, and also get in some conversation. I appreciate this station and it's employees being great every time.nnAgain, people complaining are most likely adult children who don't know how to do anything themselves. Or thought they knew what they were doing and throw a tantrum when they're told they are wrong. Imagine society 10-20 years from now...
Does anyone know why this place has been closed since December. I have mail here and I cant get to it with payroll checks that I depend on!nnSo I just left the katella post office. If you have a box at this place you now have to go there for you're new key... would have been nice to see a note on the door to let us know
Customer Service here is best described as customer abuse. In a nutshell I was sent away with no service rendered for attempting to mail to a non existing address. Upon confirming the address was correct and serviced by the USPS I return to ship my package and was greeted with a roll of the eyes by the teller, very professional of her, and a lack of regard for my service request (ship my package to the address addressed to). Thank you for showing me today here that you value my shipping needs. And thank you for being accurate moments when you make a mistake. This officd definitely set the bar today.
Been coming here for 15 year's Just wonderful.. small fast and yes the staff is witty.. and so good at doing the Job..nWe love this post office
