I've been a PO Box customer at this location for over 3 years and have always received First Class service by each counter person, be they male and/or female.nnAlways treated with respect and dignity with my postal needs.
This place is the worst. Romy is a mean frustrated person. I will never return. Now I know why people would pay to come to the UPS store. All of the counter help is useless. Not to mention the people parking in the red zone. This place should be shutdown and turned into a park or something useful. Give this land to the fire fighters.
The supervisor is a friendly and helpful person. The slim Asian man at the counter is mean, frustrated and rude to everyone other than whites or Asians. Other than that, he's not helpful at all.nCan't tolerate such a behaviour when you say hi with a smile but he hesitate even reply to your hello.
I don't understand how such a rude employee works at the front desk.nI always prepare EDDM package before I go. This is very first day that I need a couple of rubber bands. Is it really bad thing I ask for ? I don't know if it's a shame to raise your voice in front of people.nI wonder if a friendly employee should be in front desk. The manager will have to make sure that the employee who starts with KiXX is really prepared.
