I called the post office on Wednesday requesting they hold a package for me. The package was not held. The package was sent pack to the sender two days later.nPoor customer service and poor cross communication between employees.nAlso, having a person actually answer the phone would be so incredibly helpful, rather than hang up on you every single time you call.nThat understaffed, eh?
This post office has unprofessional staff including the manager.I pay for my services for my p.o.box I had a few bad experiences with receiving my mail in my p.o.box one example is they misplaced my mail a few times, my mail was sitting in the back room instead of being inserted in my p.o.box. Now it's even worse because of mail being held back because of a shortage of staff and Corona virus epidemic. Not nice at all but yet they are quick to insert my payment renewal notice asap.
Very rude people here seems like they don’t even enjoy working at this place. Very rude manager. When they lost your package the only think they can say is : Sorry we can't do anything! They are just staying there to waist oxygen.

My zip code is 92705-2867/ This review is for Ed, our Postal Carrier, and friend, for the last ten years. Ed cares. He always deliverrs the mail on time. He is couteous and extremely kind. My wife and I are in our seventies and he comes to check on us when we fail to pick up our mail for two consecutive days. What a nice man. He always has a smile and a cookie for our dog.nnIt is with great disappointment that we learned today that Ed has been transferred to Newport Beach. We are profondly sad. Please, please bring Ed back to 92705-2867.
