Tell your drivers to stop being lazy and actually drive down the driveway if something is too big for the mail box. They claimed my mailbox was full but all there was, was a skimpy little news paper at the bottom of it and I have a pretty good sized mailbox. Learn how to do your job or don’t do it at all.

I really like the long time front counter employees. But I have have a very hard time getting my packages and deliveries. I wish it was like it was long ago.

A very huge thank you to the postmaster of this office. There was a mix up of my package getting delivered so I went in there and he quickly resolved it by going through the route GPS with me and having the mailperson recheck mine after her route was finished and when I got home my package was in the mailbox! Thank you so much for going the extra mile! FYI- They are hiring for seasonal work. Just go in and talk to the postmaster.

This is the absolute worst Post Office I have used. Their so called premium po box service is a joke. Three times they have messed up this service and just lost another package that was delivered and signed by an employee there. They claim that they sign for every item that is delivered with one signature so there is no guarantee that the package arrived. Checking what is coming in with what you are signing for is receiving 101. That is how every warehouse and receiving company works! They signed for a package but lost it and now say it isn't their fault and they did not receive it from UPS. I have received many packages from UPS at our previous home and never once had an issue. This has happened 3 times out of the 10 items that have been shipped here. This place needs to get rid of everyone and start new.

I was in earlier with delivery questions and felt my questions were answered and explained.nThe clerk, ? Postmaster?, was friendly and took responsibility for an issue.nThe 2 previous times in the past 2 weeks, I have been greeting friendly and items taken care of. My experiences have been positive.
