The hours on the door state that the office closes at 4:30. When I arrived at 4:10 the post office was closed. Very irritating and inconvenient.nI don't normally write reviews unless they are positive. However, something needs to change here. I have witnessed the lady that works at this office be unprofessional and rude to many clients. If I can avoid going to this office I will just so I don't have to deal with her. Customer service training is needed ASAP!
whoever runs the post office needs to get trained properly because they are unprofessional and RUDE just like the people who work there!! My husband went to pick up some packages that have been delivered since APRIL and the employee on hand told him if he didn't have a slip he could not pick it up even though he was already getting another package for which he had a slip for and he even politely asked the women if he showed her his ID would he be able to pick up the package that had been delivered since APRIL this women replied to him NO.nThey are ridiculous and need to do better!!!!!!!
By far, a new low for the USPS. Customer service is nonexistent, hours are irregular.
I can see why this post office has some bad reviews. Lady working the counter is informative but not very nice. Her customer service skills are lacking a bit.
I met a lady wearing a white turban who was completely rude.nOMG! Why???? Such a bad experience for 1st visit, and I was warned by my co-workers. My experience was the office joke of the day.
