I go to this post office regularly. Staff are always professional and friendly, and super helpful with questions and special requests. They even have helped save me a few bucks on several occasions, by suggesting different shipping or packaging options. The staff are also amazingly efficient: the line almost always moves fast and I'm in and out in less than 10 minutes. Longer around the holidays though. Even with 3-4 clerks working today (December 1st) and keeping a steady pace, the line was out the door. Still, I couldn't ask for a better experience at the post office. These folks work so hard.nnAlso, on a side note: the mail delivery to my neighborhood is really efficient and timely too. I can almost set my watch to it.
Gotta love waiting 2+ hours to pick up something only for them to turn around and say that they don't have it because its still on the mail truck. Especially when their website said it was ready to be picked up.
I had only pleasant experiences at this Post Office, we rented a PO Box 1998 when we first moved to Lakewood, very good service. I love the people working there. They are friendly and professional all at once.
Seems like each day the mail delivers later and later. Its 7pm and I still havent received my mail.
Our mail lady has refused to drop packages off that don’t fit it the mail box. They’re not wildly huge either or heavy so it’s weird. This is the 3rd time it has happened. When I go to track my package online it says there was a delivered attempt and that she left a notice (each time there is no notice ) and that my package would be available for pickup. It’s VERY inconvenient to rush after work to catch the office before closing to pick up a package that can simply be placed outside my front door like it SHOULD be. Or a real notice left with the information I need. Thank God for online tracking because I would have no clue there was a delivery attempt. There needs to be something done about this!
