The woman who was working was very helpful and quickly found my items.

Every time I try to call it cuts off on their end after waiting for the operator to answer for 3 minutes. Been having issues with this post office since I moved here 2 years ago! My stuff usually ends up being delivered o the wrong address and when I complain about it, I'm told that the driver knows better than that and it had to have been a mistake on my end! The where have my packages and mail been going?! Not here! Very unsatisfied with the service!

I just purchased a new home in tacoma, and the mail carrier will not get out of his truck to deliver my mail to my mailbox that's mounted on my house. There's numerous houses on this street that have mailboxes on there home's. I can not afford to put a mounted mailbox on the street, and the lady supervisor there doesn't even care about the issue. Mail is not safe on the street. I have a door slottednMailbox so that my mail will drop in my home safely upon delivery. Someone need's to get this station in order. Very rude and unprofessional.

The worst customer service that I have ever seen.

They lost my package while it was in their possession, took them over a week and still haven’t heard anything after I filed a complaint. Nobody seems to know what’s going on. Service is horrible.
