Drop box was filled up, went in to tell them, waited outside they didnt empty it. Not secure, if someone wanted to reach in and grab mail they could. Normally I trust these boxes to mail important documents.

The overworked staff here do a fantastic job! DeAngelo has assisted me twice with an address issue that was both frustrating and recurring. DeAngelo resolved it quickly and professionally. USPS dealings can be frustrating, especially due to understaffing, but University Place employees definitely do their best!! Five Stars!!
