Was given instructions upon shipping four packages out, the lady at the front went and created a shipping label and everything, with out telling me it was wrong or verifying anything, after the mail came back to me, I went back to try to fix the issue and the lady and her manager both told me there is nothing they can do and it’s my fault... Other post offices verify information, and would have caught it while creating a shipping label, I don’t get why they can’t rectify any mistakes, but I have to re send my packages and spend more to get the job done, and they just kept my money.

Please hire more counter personnel. 25 mins wait time and only 3 people in front of me.

Long lines. Waited 20 min. for stamps.

Customer service supervisor Rob is the man he doesn't treat you like you are just a number and no matter if your problem is small he handles it as if it's just as important as a major issue.

>nnThis post office lost my package worth over $500. I checked my package in with the clerk last week, I come back today to see how come the recipients still have not received it. The only response the post office had to say was, “sorry, nothing we can do, we never received it” (yet I stared the clerk in the eye and gave it to her, with my tracking number in hand).nnThey are extremely unprofessional, don’t waste your time coming here. I should of driven 14 extra minutes to go to the other near by Post Office. Now I’m out money, while they lose nothing. Not my mistake, yet hear I am paying for it.
