Yet another terrible review about the same lady as everyone else. To add to the list not only did I share in receiving the same rudeness everyone has spoken of, due to her being upset made attempts to subtlety flex a perceived power as I walked to the counter to retrieve documents from her. Was informed to stay behind the line & would not hand over the documents until I stepped back. Returned at a later day & witnessed another individual at the counter the entire time they were being assisted, not once did she tell that individual to step back from the counter... what a joke

Careful in holding mail at this location. At the end of 30 days you have 10 days to pick it up, or for it to be forwarded to a new address. My deployment was extended so I chose the forward option. Only problem is that they did not forward and returned all to sender, including my vehicle registration, which I jumped through hoops so that I would have it when I returned. Just choose the forward mail option to be safe.

I never do reviews on literally ANYTHING but I swear this place deserves as much light shedded on its poor customer service as much possible. And what do you know!?? Apparently I’m not the only one who thinks this one Asian lady (I believe her name is Chris) is so rude! I go to this post office many times and I swear every time I go she’s always having issues with customers, and not only that, her voice is so condescending to where people in the whole office now knows your business, seriously?? How did y’all make her manager?? There are dozens of reviews on here complaining about the same person, and I hope “higher -management” are being made aware of her lack of professionalism.

Glad to see others had the same issue with the front desk service. The woman at the front desk seems to enjoy making people wait as long as possible and is pretty rude and short with customers. Dealing with her felt like I was dealing with a reverse Karen and finally getting my package after she made her associate carry it to the other side of the building for no reason, felt like a victory. My condolences to her future victims and co-workers.

Worst experience I have had at a post office. Older asian woman at front desk and older white woman were both condescending, rude, and difficult to work with. Worth your time to drive to a different post office.
