The Compton post office location is the worst place to have a shipment. The packages sit at this location for days or weeks at a time way after the delivery date or it mysteriously comes up missing or stolen once it arrives to this Compton ghetto location. You will Never receive any feedback from the supervisor even if the merchant gets involved. I have had in the past 2.5 years several packages lost, stolen or never left this facility once this Compton post office received the package. These recent packages have been here for over a week with a delayed message. This Compton post office has been having delayed, missing undelivered packages issues way before COVID19. I have filed a complaint with the merchants and the post office. Next move will be the Better Business Bureau. This is the Most horrible business practice & place ever.
Bad customer service... very lazy I dont understand how the city can hire such lazy people that don't want to work.. when there are people out there that are willing to work
My package delivered to them and i never received. Someone apperantly stole it. I dont know how yoy can misplace a swimming pool. They are thieves .
This branch closes completely down for a two hour lunch. There is only one retail clerk, very disappointing.
Poor place, poor customer service. require to clean up the trash !
