The employess have stolen gift cards and mail sent by ups that I got notification for but they say they never received but it was signed for. The employee has shook 1 of my boxes before handing to me before. These people are very grimey especially since they have hired on waaaay more employees right now. They are now holding your packages until the next day as a newly implemented policy I guess to check n see if its something they want to keep.
Glad too see everyone behind windo working today... lone is always long but today it moved very fast. I was out in less than 10 minutes
Here I am to pick up an important package for my business and it is 10:11 am and the business is locked up and not open at 10:00 am.nnUPS drops my packages off here that I ordered from Amazon and then I have to come here to pick them up.nnI am leaving a negative review here because I want to be able to come to a place that has set hours and availability.nnI order from amazon because it is convenient and reliable.nnThis place is not relatable. It is actually fairly annoying and has caused me to reconsider how I order and do business with both Amazon and UPS.nnUpDate: I found the woman had unlocked the door and when I walked towards the door, she told me, “We are closed until Tuesday, you’ll have to come back then.”nnWhat a disappointing place of business and service
I can’t believe how I was treated here I was in tears ,very upset , and heart broken!!! about the lies and the disrespect for the owner and one of her employees, when you have a business and a customer complains, you don’t treat them with disrespect when they are showing you so much respect , i’ve Been a customer here for 15 years I heard past customers complain but I said i’ve Never had a big issue maybe little small things but the worst was yet to come my God!!! i’m Closing my box and I would never recommend anyone to do business with these liars and untrustworthy people. You maybe a business owner for many years ! it doesn’t mean you do good business !! with a high value turnover shows your that something is not right!! I will pray for you postal plus and wish you the best moving forward.
