This place is new but looks so bad on the inside. Looks like it's been here for a long time. There's always a line when I go to just drop off a package. That's what we get with the government. The other post office in Inglewood seems like it runs smoothly.
Went there today , waited In line for about 2 and half hours. Line was not moving and they are only open 11-3pm. The workers appear to be very lazy and not helpful at all. They let 2 people whom they knew in front of the line and gave them packages before any of the people that were in line for a long time. This is not professional at all. PeoplenIn line even started fighting verbally because people were cutting and being buzzed in by these workers which should not have done so. We left with nothing. No package and I read a lot of reviews and a lotnOf people leave with the same nothing.nManagement definitely needs tonLook into their workers. Workers we’re leaving premise with backpacks which seemed sketch smh.
This is the most unprofessional USPS. They hire people and put them on the road to deliver mails without proper training and they lose mails or deliver without scanning and gathering proper information and signatures needed. Lady name Nesha who refused to disclose her full name and employee ID called me informing me that my certified mail has been delivered but the mailman forgot to scan and forgot to get it signed during delivery. She needs to get fired for hiring property untrained couriers to handle a certified mail. I have escalated the issue to the higher management. This is just unbelievable and horrible!!!
Workers are so lazy don’t do their job the mail looks like trash REALLY bad customer service at this point this whole building should be closed
