Small parking, difficult to get in and out of. Box rates have sky rocketed, and the reduced hours with no Saturday service make accessing mail services difficult. Often make mistakes putting the wrong box number in our box. It used to be easier if you could use the parking lot next door but since the pawn shop robbery they cordoned it off as if they own the whole thing. The African-American gentlemen is very nice however, and let me use their handtruck when I got an oversized delivery last holiday season. Would not recommend the Taco Truck next door however.

This post office is awful. Mail in my neighborhood always arrives last minute or doesn't show up at all. Packages that are to be brought to the door are not and have caught a couple drivers in the last 6 months trying to leave a slip saying nobody was home. They need to update this post office and hire more workers and train them better.

The lady with her grey hair up in a bun and glasses put her hand up to me as if signaling for me to be quiet even though I was answering her questions. I was being polite the whole time. Just because I'm younger doesn't give you the right to treat me like that. All customers should be treated respectfully just like the workers at the post office should be treated respectfully. Everyone is experiencing hard times it's important to remain kind.

First time at this post office. Had to mail a flat rate box, in and out in less than 10 minutes. Woman behind the counter was very pleasant.

Someone needs to do something about this location, where are the funds going to come from to rebuild this location so it can provide a better service to the community of Bonney lake? No one wants this place to go on the way it operates one more day covid or not. Is it not up to our government to provide a better service an operate like were in 2020 not 1990. Our country is in how much debt an yet this place hasn't evolved like the rest of this state. All these politicians lining their bank accounts with our tax dollars, all our tax dollars being funneled off for personal gain an pleasure, look who pays for all that an gets what? Nothing.
