Horrible. The lady who delivers the mail refused to stop at our box because of how the cars are parked. They weren't blocking the box at all. She insisted on being able to pull in and pull out widely without stepping out of her vehicle or having to back out. It was ridiculous. Packages are never delivered she makes no attempt. Shes rude and extremely difficult to talk to. It's a shame that's a nice job to have and I'm sure there are a ton of ppl who would be over joyed to work as a postal delivery person but they employ a mean rude lady like her who obviously does not want to work there.
So I’ve spoken to three people JJ, Jason, and Dylan. None of which have helped me locate the package that their worker misdelivered Saturday! JJ told me to call her back in ten minutes. I called, and she was at lunch, lol. Shocker! Also stated I’d get a call this morning, and NOTHING!!!! Jason (who has told me he was a manager), says they’ll call back, and nothing! Dylan... oh man not only would he give me info to contact who his boss was, but he was unhelpful, snarky, and hung up on me! He won’t contact anyone to see if they attempted to retrieve my package. Even though, he’s the one in charge of the drivers. I guess since it’s not their loss they couldn’t care less. This office obviously needs different people in charge, since these so called ‘managers’ can’t do their jobs! Chad, was suppose to be the person in charge of my case... have YET to hear from him.nI will keep calling until you close my case so I can file a claim since your drivers don’t know how to read an address!!!
Absolutely the worst mail carrier's come out of this location they are always putting my mail in other neighbors mailbox and putting my packages on the ground where dogs can chew them up. The postmaster is just as bad definitely doesn't care about what the employees do
Horrible, seems like they make their own schedule. My mail always goes missing and I keep getting other people's mail.
I have never cared enough about a business to leave a review but after dealing with disrespectful workers like JJ who for some reason literally sent my mail a months worth to an address that the house caught fire and the property has succumbed to the homeless and I mean not the good kinda homeless but thieves and untrustworthy sad individuals. So If you can guess what has become of my attorney papers and packages? Yep it was all stolen. Thanks JJ. I told you our place had a fire and by the way it was supposed to be held till the 25th but I guess she couldn't figure out the date being November 25th. It's sad people like her have work but so many others cant and she's not all there in the head. I.just hope they get to experience how it feels to be screwed over .
