My packages have not arrived yet ordered Saturday and ordered one last week
I have lived here for 20 years. I have never had more trouble getting my mail delivered to my mailbox than I have here. Today I just checked an order that tracking says was delivered 2 days ago. Didn't come to my house. I get a lot of substitutes on my route, if that's any excuse. I do a lot of online shopping so you'd think they'd get it together by now. Really jacvks up my day when I have to waste time trying to track down orders. Pretty soon merchants won't sell to me thinking it's me instead of the post office.
They don't answer the phone. The first thing they say when you call is that they respect your time. If that were true, they would either answer the phone or say this phone is never answered. If your need does not fit there automated system, you will just go around and around, and no one will ever answer. Sad.....
Solana is great at the front desk, I love dealing with her! Never a line when I go in. I appreciate how the clerks work with me and find the best way to ship my packages.
Orland Post Office has the Longest wait time within 4 Counties. Even Willows, Redding, Chico and Red Bluff are shorter. If you think I am wrong check Google for the amount of time people typically spend here. Rude service, Save yourself and go out of town! Ignorant about their own jobs and services. For over 6 years I lived in Orland and had to deal with this awful post office. I am so thankful I have moved because they haven't changed. Unfortunately I had to take my mother by while I was in town visiting. After having to wait Over 20 minutes with one person behind the counter we were greeted with a rude, unfriendly employee. :-(
