Always super friendly and helpful, saving me a 45 minute drive to drop off packages!nWe need to appreciate these guys for the convenience of accepting our packages!nI once had a UPS Package which gave GOIN'POSTAL as option to drop off.nIt needed to be scanned, but only UPS stores could scan it for return.nGreg took the time to explain how to go cancel initial return, and resubmit it so label printed for drop off without scan. I was back in less than 15 minutes with proper label, and package was returned quick.nI appreciate these guys!
Going Postal is one of the friendliest, most efficient stores in Coalinga. The father and son clerks are the best! Always cheerful and informative. I also love that they are open until 7 pm. I have not been in the United Postal Service Office for years because Going Postal is far superior. Keep up the great work, guys!
Usually good service but I feel I was racially discriminated against today by an older white man working there. I had gone to return a package and in the instructions, it said to bring it to a UPS Store. I wanted to try my luck and he said no, so I said whatever, that's fine. Lo and behold a white guy that was in line right after me seemed to get his package done, despite wanting to do the same thing I wanted. I'm a younger Mexican American and was pretty much forced to drive 45 minutes to Lemoore to return a package.
The owners of this business have the best customer service I’ve experienced in our small town. They always have a smile on their faces and are so helpful, and they have quick service!
These gentlemen are consistently helpful and courteous. Quite an asset for our little town..And I love the name of the place.ud83dude01
