Blonde woman helped me and said that they do not have the equipment to to scan a barcode that has the information to send packages. Very inconvenient.
BEWARE!!! This place will RIP you off and refuse to correct their mistakes!!! Asked for media mail shipping to mail a book. Was charged $13.60 when should have only been $3.33!!! Went back next day to address the issue. Associate admitted she screwed up but would not refund the difference!! Never returning here again!! Save yourself the trouble and go SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
They do not offer receipts, rude staff, if you're Hispanic, I'd go elsewhere if you'd like equal service and hospitality from their staff. Very disappointed.
Staff is extremely rude. I send things out maybe 3-5 times a month and not once have they been pleasant.
