Bad customer service
The African American lady working in the passport area is rude af! Won’t even look at you while talking to you and when answering your question she says 3 mumbled words and then looks over your shoulder and shouts across the room to other people sitting in the waiting area— so unprofessional. When you say “actually I had one more question” she looks annoyed and disgusted because she’s done talking to you.... Ewwww worst lady I’ve met in my life.nnLiterally there’s two people in the room, it’s 10am and no ones is rushing you. What is her deal. She must hate her job and life.. idk what else to think.
no answer for the phone calls and my package has been waiting there for almost 1 week now. Please advise
Very busy passport office. One employee, no backups when they go on break. Slow service in general. Expect to spend several hours here.nnReference: got there at 10:30 am, still haven't been seen by 2pm when I needed to leave, on the second day of attempting to submit my application.nnCurrently I'd recommend The Passport Place at Fresno State University as it took less than an hour for me to get processed, or trying the county clerk office.
Went to get our passport and had heard how bad it was as well as the employee Debbi. We did have to wait about an hour and a half. Debbi did wait on us she was professional and a nice woman. Have all your paperwork completed and the other documents you need. I do agree they need a restroom and someone who can answer questions ahead of time but that is not Debbi’s fault.
