They lost my package first they said he left it with my neighbor in apt c... I live in a house then he said he left it at my house with someone but the app says he didn't deliver due to animal interference and she says I can't file a complaint because it wasn't my usual mailman they and now they won't answer the phone
I’m so fed up with this post office and their lazy delivery mail person. In a single week I have two packages that were supposed to get delivered and the mail carrier never made it to my door. They just put the slip in the mailbox that there was no secure place to put the package. I submitted a redelivery for package one for the next day and it’s been two days, still not here. The second package was already input in the system to leave it at the front door but they’re to lazy to do their job by carrying the package to the door. I would give this place a zero rating because this isn’t the first or second time it’s happened.
There are two different mail ladies that deliver my mail to my residence. One is great. The other one constantly leaves other peoples mail in my mail box. I had a package from ebay that was supposed to be delivered on 5/1. It shows it got delivered how ever its not here and guess what? The mail girl that constantly leaves other peoples mail in my box was delivering mail that day. I have been trying to call this branch as they service my area and they will not connect me to the office. This post office is a joke
Today we had a different mailman (must be a temp). My husband came home from work and started the yard in the front. He was inside the gate, he stopped and was by the front door and said thank you to the mailman and put his hand out to grab the mail and the mail man kept walking past him. My husband said his name, which is the name on the mail, and told him he'll show him his I.D. and this rude mailman treated him like dirt and threw it in the box. I was at the front window the entire time and it was disgusting. Mind you, I come from a long line of post office workers who are now retired and I myself have carried mail. For one, he didn't pay attention in orientation, if he even had 1... could be a temp. For 2, YOU ARE STILL IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FIELD! LEARN NEW SKILLS! And he had the nerve to tell us his name was mailman.... I will be filing a complaint but by the looks of the reviews, I doubt the proper steps will be taken. I've been here over 4 years, we'll meet again... I Love my regular mailman by the way.
Everyone is so nice and when I need to pick up a package it's about a 10 minute wait wish is great thanks to all of the employees at this Post office ud83dude0aud83dude00
