There is always a wait at all of the USPS offices but this location has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced out of all the locations I have visited.nEvery single person who worked there was attentive, patient, and extremely pleasant!nnThis location has huge lot for customer parking as well. The area is not as clean as some other ones and there are a few homeless people who seem to hang out there sometimes.
Why are the employees NOT wearing masks!?! We're in a pandemic people lol common sense....
It took them over 6 minutes to just answer the phone and then the person was rude and hung up on me.
I can buy money orders for cheap & the limit is $1000.00 $10,000.00 per day the forever stamps are great for one reason no matter what price you paid they cover the current price of postage
We trust the United States Postal Service with our mail and packages to get them delivered to us safely and on time. Lately some of the carriers are lazy and do not pay attention to addresses especially when apartments are involved. They continually leave my packages at the building next door to despite the addresses being different. There is no one to call and get this straightened out because they act like they just don't care. Filing a claim for the packages that are lost is also a waste of time because it is the rare occasion that they even look for them or find them. If they don't get this fixed soon only junk mail will save them.
