Clueless supervision! Drop boxes at Rossmoor are often stuffed indicating the carriers aren't doing their jobs, allowed to be flexible or just plain observant. Management won't reassign employees to locations where they are needed - never had an issue in Moraga or Orinda but this location seems to be understaffed.
This is my go to place. Manned by helpful staff. Never had any problems.
Lines are long at all post offices. As long as the people care and don't power trip or become passive aggressive & take care of your needs, I am happy. No power tripping here. Just doing a good job like most post offices except one I won't mention here. :)
So angry at this place right now.nn- They won't leave packages at my door even though I live in a very quiet neighborhood, and I've told them to do so multiple times.n- They don't ever seem to redeliver packages, even though I try to schedule one online and sign their notice to leave it at the door.n- They're not open at all on Saturdays which makes pick-ups very hard.n- Oh, and I've tried calling them, but they're number is always busy!nnI ordered some books from Amazon as part of my gift to my wife for our Wedding. They were supposed to arrive a week ago, but I still haven't been able to get them from USPS.
Slow as molasses service. Prepare to wait forever here. There is no receptical for pre paid postage on boxes. And no after hours self service. They were closed on Christmas Eve! Too bad,there is a lot of parking now. Not sure how it will be once the remodel is finished.
