I love this friendly neighborhood post office. The staff is always friendly and helpful, access is easy, and my packages get into the tracking system immediately.

Look like this Martinez office lost a really important papers very important ,cost money time I can believe it .nI just this with the mail guy on the company the recieve the mail every day from fremont , on first week on september and they dont receive this mail yet, look like there lost i spend more than a $300 to get it plus other thing i can believe it.nYeah the lady and other people over there really rude.
Pacheco mail is horrible.. I have not gotten my mail for 3 days. and it the same excuse..
I am still on hold waiting to speak to a representative. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to ask a question. You don't want anyone to speak to a person. At no time during the call was I given the option that I could speak to a representative or how to indicate to the phone system that was what I wanted to do.nnNow I know why other people pay more and use a different carrier. CUSTOMER SERVICE...they actually have it.nnI have a receipt from a pre-paid package return to vendor and couldn't determine the tracking number to see if my package arrived. That was my only request...I needed help interpreting the receipt.nnThank you for absolutely nothing. My call has been holding for 1 hour and 31 minutes. I'm done.nnThe actual post office personnel at this location are nice and helpful. Just make sure you won't have any problems because calling corporate is ABSOLUTELY USELESS. You *must* get in your car and go to a post office. How convenient......????
