Post office closed due to fire?? I can understand that but where is our mail. How about a notice as to where we can pick it up ay LEAST!!!
The employees in this place should all be fired. They are the lazy and refuse to the job they applied for. Hopefully you don't have to go in that building/hell hole the employees are the worst
I received a notice that my package was 'Delivery Attempted: No Access to Delivery Location.' at 9:24am yesterday morning. I live in a normal house, not in a gated community; so this is literally not possible. There was no knock on my door, nothing. So I called the post office to ask for an explanation on what this update means, thinking that because I'm technically under evacuation WARNING that they might have decided to just not give me my mail. OVER AN HOUR I tried called them, over 20 phone calls, and every time I got through and the phone started to ring, they HUNG UP ON ME. It is ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE that someone can think this is acceptable behavior from a government utility and still have a job.nnJust for kicks, I tried calling them again today to see if I could get some answers- same thing. Phone will ring between 1 and 5 times, then they'll just flat out hang up on you. Unbelievable. Someone needs to be fired.
Consistently delivers to wrong address. Consistently does nothing to correct the problem when numerous complaints are filed. Consistently doesn't seem to care about the customers and seems to have no apparent empathy regarding loses customers incur due to mail being delivered incorrectly. If I could give a negative rating I would. Management and/or supervisors seem to not care. Even if they do not care that citizens get their mail, SOMEONE, SOMEWHERE, should care that they have multiple carriers who can not read an address accurately, nor deliver it to the proper address. Problem ongoing now x8 months. Someone send the post office a clue, but send it ups, not usps. We want them to get it.
