Excellent service from the workers, they were very kind and friendly, making the shipment was fast, really cheap and in just 3 days it was delivered to its destination
Very bad. We went there 5 times for a finger print between 10~3pm, the people in charge were not there for 4 times;nnWe waited until he came back from lunch, but he said his working time is over so he refused to do itnnTotally irresponsible!nnand that man is the only person who can do it in the whole post officennNot only us, a lot of customers went there and cannot get their figure printnnWhy customer need to wait for him and still cannot get the service? Didn’t customer pay for it? Is he the god so that everyone needs to follow? If this post office cannot do the job, then just fire the man and let other post office to do it!
Incompetent. Lost a high value package. Don't answer the phones. time to privatize this joke of an agency.
The people who work at this office are very rude and snappy. Honestly seems like they don't like their jobs and there's a high turnover rate in general for the post office. The woman I spoke to today was automatically snapping at me before I could ask her my question or get to her from the line I was waiting it. Seems as if the employees get away with choosing who they can act rude with. Every time I leave this office I feel yelled at my the employees over basic questions that didn't involve that much stress to begin with.
I’ve been worried about my package from eBay it has been in tralit for 2 or three days omg!
