I took my sister for a live scan and we went to the USPS that’s close to where she lived unfortunately Live scan only conducted from opening to 2p. So I look up another live scan area and found this USPS location that does live scan. When I call a head to check if they stop doing live scan at a certain time, an employee stated normally the live scan are conducted from opening to 5pm, however because they are short on staff they are not conducting live scan at all. I was furious when I heard that. I don’t know what usps working policy is but just because an organization is short on staff does not mean that they stop fulfilling their duties in their job.
By far the worst customer service for any post office I have ever been to. Do not go to this location!
Worst experience ever.nI've come here several times and the mail people are very unhelpful. They act like they don't want to be here. They don't want to help you. And it feels like this branch need some SERIOUS management help.
The people work there is not helpful at all bad place to go for a passport service
First time and would be the varu last I visit this place employees are trash they don't even know how to treat with customer
