Our Post Office in Downtown Oakland is awesome, fast and efficient. The staff are friendly.
10:00 friday 7/10/20nit's a good post office. its clean and well maintained. displays are neat and clean. social distancing is in order of course. the line was long but a second postal clerk came out.nthe service was prompt and friendly. I got a po box bc my mailman is does a bad job. I brought all the necessary documents,and everything was smooth, I had already bought it online. he couldn't give me the key bc the other postal worker wasn't there today, and come back monday.nall in all, its a good well managed post office.
Not sure what all the bad reviews are about today I went there in the morning and the two ladies at work that we’re very nice professional and friendly. there was no line maybe later in the day it gets a lot busier and recommend going in the morning
Worst post office ever. Stole my magazines. In 20+ years with a P. O. Box, this is the first post office where 1) they closed my p.o. box 'by accident', 2) my magazines were returned as 'undeliverable', 3) when I complained they yelled at me in front of all the customers in the lobby for complaining and 'getting us in trouble'.
Long lines are one, miserable staff behind the counter is another.nnI understand it may not be exciting work but man, at least look like you want to help me mail my package. Felt like I wasn’t welcomed there
