Went to this Post office Branch for the first time to pick up a package after a failed deliver because the address was written incorrectly. I was so appreciative of how the mail delivery person took the time to figure out the correct address and was apologetic that I had to come in to get it after Christmas. He actually came out from behind the counter to apologize. Amazing customer service!!
They refuse to deliver packages to my home
What is going with service??? And no one answers the ringing phones. This is important business to have Gvt. Service/Office with basically unavailable proper service and protocol.
The staff was extremely nice. They were so happy to get my package to me after a few failed delivery attempts. It made my day!
The Franchise Tax Board never received my tax return that was mailed from out of this location. Never again!
