my experiences haven't been bad per say, but i do wish the customer service was better. on the several occasions that i've been here, the same man helped me. he isn't exactly the nicest. he's pretty snappy, and if you ask questions he doesn't give very good answers. the lines are always super long, whether it's 8-9 am or 3-4 pm. i don't have much choice, but it gets the job done.
Questions about the options I had to mail a traffic ticket locally were ignored and then when the price of the service that was suggested was too high they acted like I was told what the price was going to be - when I hadn't. When I stated that I hadn't heard them mention it there was just an awkward silence. I was able to get what I needed but I will not be going again.
Lady took prepaid return package off my hands, no need to wait in line if no purchase.
Terrible service! I was misled about the prices for a shipping till it was too late to cancel, and feel ripped off. I asked how much a shipping would cost and was told a fee that excluded package fees. I went back to ask about the package fee and wasn't informed till I'd already filled it out with the address, and had no choice but to pay for it.
There was a door greeted who was extremely helpful at directing everyone to the proper materials (eg domestic vs international) and line. The place is organized and clean.
