This place needs to be shut down people are rude and unprofessional! Called multiple times to get some information and no one answers! It’s really frustrating! I don’t see how you people get paid for not doing your job!
My package was said to be at the post office and was not there. I was told they’d give me a call still no call and it’s been almost a week.
Lady was very clueless and couldn’t find my package that was right in front of her. She was also rude
If I could give 0 stars I would. They dont answer their phone, you show up and have to ring a doorbell and no one comes to the door. I went outside and asked one of the carriers if they could help and ask someone to come to the door, she said yes then got in the mail truck and drove away. I finally get help and they tell me they don't have my package.
