Went midday and there was only one person at the desk helping out customers, but she was friendly and helpful. Everyone is wearing masks and there was plexiglass directly between staff and customers. While I was there a customer held open the door to keep some air flow, which I appreciate and it would have been nice for that door to have been open in the first place (it was slightly chilly but not too bad). Agreed with other reviews that they are very understaffed, and there was a line that took some time to get through. Interior is pretty basic, just like other USPS locations...
Twice they've labeled something as delivered after it was supposed to have been delivered the day before, only to discover that they didn't deliver it at all. Phone/online/redelivery service was useless. Had to go to the Post Office and force them to give me my package. Now they're using COVID as an excuse for telling me my stuff was delivered when it wasn't.
Non-existent service. One clerk for a line down the street. Little enforcement of covid rules resulting in chaotic customer behavior. Clerk unresponsive to anything not 2 feet away from them.
There was a mixup with the delivery of my package to my P.O. Box because my boyfriend and I had opened it just as they were closing. The box was still labeled as an old one, and my package was in the wrong spot. They were super helpful in finding the package, and the entire staff helped. I am so thankful for their help because the package was super important to me!
I really want to give a zero star if I can. The service is horrible. The person at the counter is rude. They just don't listen the needs from the clients and even not trying to help solve the problems in an efficient way. Didn't give you any chance to explain and keep saying something irrelevant before truly understand the situation..nIf you want people to be nice, first being nice to people.
