I've been consistently coming to this location for the last 5 years mailing the same items to different people around the world. They've been inconsistent telling me whether or not I need USPS Customs Declaration Dispatch Note. Most of my transactions have been civil, but at times it can be, curt or straight rude.
It's surprising to me that many reviews complain about lines and rude staff. I've always been able to get in and out very quickly (unless you're coming around Christmas or Tax Deadlines). The staff is always prompt, helpful and friendly. Rather than change to a closer PO Box, I drive out of my way to my PO Box here because I love this location.
A group of 5 of us were very rudely that they didn’t have time to help any more of the customers in line already despite the fact that:n1) it was 15 minutes before they close,n2) that I had been waiting on line for 20 minutes at that point (during which they helped two customers despite having 2 clerks) andn3) then proceeded to allow someone who was just walking into the post office that she knew into the service area before locking the doornnWhen we asked how this could be the case, she stated that we simply needed to come earlier next time. Arriving almost 45 mins before closing and standing in a line of 6 people when I got there does not feel like bad behavior on my part. The woman who came out was rude and highly irritated. Great look for the USPS.
The worst worst post office I’ve ever met. Lazy and arrogant.
This Post Office handles line quickly (assuming that the patron isn't using the visit as a social outing). Good access to the P O boxes
