Yup. Their reputation is well deserved. Been there 5 times in the past 4 months and the only time service was good was when they had someone from another Post Office come to help out.nnToday (9 Feb) was just bad enough I had to write a review.nnWorst post office I've been to.
Increased slow mail up to several weeks causing late bill payments & late fees multiple times for last few years. Unreliable for birthday cards or any type of mail or package reaching destinations in a timely manner. The lesson I learned is to send important mail any other way possible other than using usps (postal service)
Passport/Photo: A person who works at passport service with long brown/grey hair lady is very rude. No politeness at all, just pointing fingers, yelling, acts lazy whatsoever, She does not need to work there, she needs to ensure all technologies such as printer, camera, scanner are working and prepared to provide good customer service. Digital camera ran out of battery after 2 seconds, and it looked like it's outdated. And this is what you call a customer service? customer came all the way driving 30 miles to file for passport ? This woman does not need to work there. She also took her mask off when she went in the back and came back without mask for 10 minutes. This is not following CDC guidelines. She is not professional at all and is not safe. She was very rude, and does not belong working there to help with passport services to people in this town/country.
Continuously late delivery by their mail trucks even before the holidays typical delivery time was after 6 pm. Packages are rarely delivered on the proposed delivery day. Service inside the store is average at best, some cashier's seem like they absolutely have better places to be and things to do than help you out.
This post office is horrible!! Customer service is disgusting & GHETTO it is unfortunate that the faces that serve the community is unprofessional. I know for a fact that my package better reach it's destination!! I will file a complaint ASAP. They need to improve their customer service!!!!
