I have been going to this Post Office since 2009. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful.
Holding over 10m mlm and still holding....
This office returned an international package for not being picked up after 6 days. That is completely unreasonable. Not only did they return it, but the pink slip left on the door did not have anything written as to when the package would be returned to sender. Getting a hold of them by phone is also impossible, as it dumps you into an hour wait regardless of what time of day it is. Very disappointing to say the least.
Today got notice of package delivered and they are not here and there are two tracking numbers that were suppose to be here but this is false report form the carrier, find my packages and get them to the correct location.
Every time i get a substitude carrier.the mail most of the time gets misplaced .I have stopped them and asked about a package, and it would be in the back seat after they have pulled off. This is unexcepted. Very disapointed
